Are you wondering if he's really committed to you? It can be hard to tell from just words. In this training, we're going to dive deeper and uncover what the secret signs are that a man is truly committed to you from a deep place in his heart. With my 13+ years of experience as a dating coach and love expert, I'm going to share my perspective on the male psyche.

Let's dive in!

1. He plans a future with you

When a man plans a future with you he's seeing you as an integral part of his life moving forward. He's weaving you into the tapestry of his future and talking about plans and journeys he wants to take you on. Ideally, he's making concrete plans with dates, times, and timelines.

2. He respects your boundaries

If he really cares about you, he's protecting your heart like a shield of light. He'll make corrections if he crosses a boundary and he'll be cognizant of your protective sphere.

3. He keeps his word

Even with small things, if he says he's going to do it, he does it. Look for both small and big things. Ask for specifics, like a time he'll call you or text you, without pressing him too hard. This will help you test if he's a man of integrity.

4. He shows interest in your life

He'll ask questions about your work, colleagues, friends, family, and any challenges you're going through. He's getting more and more invested into your life and wants to know what yours is like and if it's a fit for his.

5. He introduces you to friends and family

He's revealing the most important people in his life and introducing you to them. He's observing their reactions to you and your connection with them. It doesn't have to be perfect, but be your best self and let it unfold.

6. He expresses love to you regularly

He'll call, text, give hugs, kisses, introduce you to people, give things, give back massages, and help with things like fixing your car. Most men express love through words of affirmation and physical touch.

7. He stands with you in tough times

He's not ghosting at the first sign of difficulty. He's involved, asking questions, and offering to help.

8. He wants to work things out with you

He's willing to discuss and resolve any disagreements or values misalignments. He knows if they don't get worked out, it might be a deal-breaker.

9. He wants to make time for you

He sets aside time from his schedule to be with you, talk to you, and be available. He's prioritizing your relationship and making sure you both have quality time together.

10. He has consistent communication with you

He's communicating with you at least two or three times a week, depending on distance.

11. He shows empathy to you: He wants to understand more about what you're going through and feel it with you. He'll ask questions, understand when things go wrong, and take the time to understand your emotional place.

12. He's open to feedback

He wants to become the best man he can be for you and is open to feedback in a constructive way. He may even solicit feedback and ask how he can do better.

These are all good signs that a man is emotionally committed to you. Men can be complex and may not always give off the right signals, but these signs will give you clues as to where your man stands and how much your relationship means to him.
