5. Eat & Drink Clean
We often donât think about how many things are actually related to our health â our sense of wellbeing. That really plays into what vibration we have about ourselves. So if we eat dead food all the time; like go to McDonald's a lot, or have a ton of carbs, youâre going to feel worn down because carbs just make the stomach feel full or bloated. That feeling will make your vibration go down as well.Â
On the other hand, you can try something different, say, starting your day with lemon water, drinking more green juice or any other live, fermented food that you can put into your system that then will naturally increase your love vibration because it increases more life inside of you. When you eat and drink clean you're going to feel more alive, you're going to feel more energy which in turn will give you more capacity, more patience. Youâll find youâre not so bothered by all those little elements that you have inside of yourself as a response to eating and drinking healthily instead of all that highly processed food. So give it a try.

4. Cut Out Negative TV, Music, Social Media, News Etc
Yes, this includes music, shows and any other sources of negativity. This may even mean being mindful of what you hear when youâre driving in a car; I used to do this all the time, but all the songs about breakups and I was like, wait a minute, I want to attract a man into my life but all I'm listening to are breakup songs and sad songs. How can you raise your love vibration if youâve unconsciously programmed yourself because of these song lyrics you repeat over and over and over again. If youâre like me, then doing that makes you think like a breakup is ahead. So be mindful of that.Â
Also, you're going to get so bombarded with negative news these days; not with positive news and what's great in the world but everything bad in the world. The reason why is that itâs attention-grabbing, that type of news is whatâs going to cause the brain to be activated â thatâs when it goes into fight or flight, it's sensational. We pay attention to this news because it could put us in danger, so we're training the media with that. Instead, you want to stay away from that â go on a news detox. Go on a social media detox too, you may already have friends who have done that as well. You might be thinking, well, I'm lonely enough, less connected and I'm having lower vibration. No, it's going to be the opposite because you're going to get less addicted to things. As a matter of fact, I read the book, âHow to break up with your phoneâ and itâs about how to decrease your phone addiction, Iâd recommend reading that as well. So you can increase your love vibration and send a message to men that you are available.

3. Avoid Toxic People
I don't care if it's your aunt, your mother, your neighbor, or your coworker â avoid them, have a no-tolerance zone. Put yourself first. Why is that? If you are not healthy, if you're not in a good mindset, if you're not in good spirits, then you can't make a difference in the world. You can support anyone because you don't have any resources left inside of yourself, you will feel drained by those toxic people. I know that many of you are attracting narcissists into your life, cut them out of your life. Learn how to navigate guilt because the reason why you don't cut toxic people out of your life is that you don't know how to navigate guilt.Â
What do you do in the aftermath? When you cut those toxic people out of your life they feel helpless and powerless and they need you because you have the resources. Well, guess what? They're going to figure it out. Most toxic people, they're parasites, they're going to find another host. They jump from one host to the next host so say no, you can go ahead and find yourself a new host because I'm not taking on your problems., If you continue to take on their emotions and their burden youâre going to feel worn out and that may mean you wonât feel open and available for your date the next day â thatâs how you want to think about it. You have to put yourself first. What I invite you to do, especially if you have toxic people in your life, is become more exclusive, a luxury resort that you need VIP access for. You need to be setting boundaries, don't let people just walk all over you like a doormat. So avoid toxic people.
2. Spend Time In Nature
Now, this is an interesting one for me. I do love the water. So this may be either the forest for you, going on a hike, or this may be going sailing, swimming, surfing, wherever you are but put your feet on the ground or put your feet in the sand because what happens is when you're in nature it tends to neutralize any toxicity that you have inside of your system. It also tends to ground you. So if you have a lot of anxiety and upward moving energy that's moving really fast then going into nature is really healthy.Â
Lastly, being in nature helps you to be in rhythm, there is a pace. One of the pillars of the secure attachment if you're moving towards that is pacing. You see that there's a certain circular rhythm in nature; there are seasons in nature. That's why we can watch animals all day long because that calms us and attunes to our nervous system. So if you feel anxious or if you want to simply increase that love vibration, take a walk.

1. Redirect Negative Thoughts
Now, how do you do that? First of all, you have to learn how to reframe them. Tony Robbins says, âthe words that we use really create our world.â So you want to pay attention to how you frame things. If you say love is a game versus love is serious or love is a struggle or love is (fill in the blank), that gives me a lot of insight into your internal representation that you have about the world and how much negativity you have inside of yourself.Â
So instead, let's say you encounter a challenge or even a trauma, instead of saying, âthis has been so traumatic, this has been such a misery, this has been so horribleâ. Reframe what youâre saying. âWow is there have been some obstacles that arose unexpectedly, and they have shifted my emotional wellbeing, my emotional balance, but I will bounce back.â Do you see that? Youâll gain perspective. So when you learn how to redirect negative thoughts, you have perspective. You can respond versus react. You're not going to be in a fight or flight you're going to be more intentional and you will feel much more relaxed and grounded in general.
That of course then also increases your love vibration because think about it, you can now take more responsibility for what's happening. You have more capacity. That means your confidence also rises as well. The book, âThe Six Pillars of Self-esteem,â talks about that, it discusses how confidence is defined by your ability to deal with whatever comes your way. Now, how do you do that? Well, give yourself perspective.
