Social media is one of the best practice grounds I know of for feminine communication, and almost nobody uses it that way.

Here is why it matters so much. It is one of the only methods I have ever found where you can put yourself out there, initiate contact, and still not be in your masculine. You comment. You post. You even message him. But you do it in a feminine way that lets him take the lead from there.

You are not penetrating with your words. You are not pushing yourself onto him. You are not chasing. You are magnetizing through polarity.

Practice On Everyone, Not Just Him

Start by practicing on everybody in your feed, not only men you are interested in.

You want being in your feminine to become second nature rather than a mode you switch into when it counts. So comment on friends’ posts. Comment on women’s posts. Use it everywhere until it stops feeling like a technique.

Facebook tends to work best simply because those are people you actually know, but this works on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube too.

The Formula: Share The Emotional Impact

When you comment, do not evaluate the post. Share how it made you feel.

The structure is simple. Name the emotion, then say why.

  • “I feel so happy reading this. It actually makes me want to start exercising again.”
  • “I feel so grateful that you shared this. It’s really inspirational.”
  • “I feel angry that this happened to you. I hope nobody ever does that to you again.”
  • “I feel sad reading about your mom. I hope she gets better soon.”

Try to actually use the words “I feel”, because that is what taps you into your feminine heart. You can also say “this post made me feel” or “it makes me feel”. Then add a little of the why.

And it does not have to be positive. Joy, gratitude, sadness, anger, love, fear: whatever is genuinely true for you. Authenticity is the whole point.

Be Detached From The Response

This is the part that decides whether this works for you or quietly eats you alive.

He might not react at all. He might give it a thumbs up. He might heart it. He might say “I’m so glad you liked it” or “this really made my day, thank you.” You do not know, and you cannot know.

You are practicing sharing your emotions vulnerably with people. That is the win. Anything he does on top of that is a bonus, not the scoreboard.

Taking It One Level Deeper

If there is a man you genuinely like, or he posts something that hits you with real emotion, you can take it private.

Start with permission. Message him: “Hi, may I share something with you?”

He will almost always say “sure, what’s up?”

Then share the impact. Here is a real-world example. Say he goes to the same gym as you, and he posted something funny about how badly the floors were painted. You send:

“When you posted that thing about the gym floors it made me so happy, because I go to that same gym and I’ve noticed those floors too. Every time I see them it cracks me up and I tell my friends about it. Thanks for sharing it.”

Ending on appreciation is powerful. “Thank you for sharing this.” “I feel so great reading this.” “I appreciate that you shared this.”

Because now he feels he has provided value. He made a woman happy. He made her feel good. And a man who has just felt that will very often want to engage with you again.

What Usually Happens Next

He may say nothing. Be genuinely fine with that.

Or he may say “that’s so funny, I’m glad you appreciate that”, and then start a conversation. What gym do you go to? What town are you in? Wait, didn’t we go to college together?

From there, keep doing exactly the same thing. Keep sharing the emotions that come up. Keep it light. Have fun with it and enjoy yourself.

If he has any attraction to you, and he likely will, because you have been vulnerably sharing your heart from your feminine core, there is a good chance he asks you out or moves things forward himself.

That is the entire mechanic. You share, openly and receptively. He gets to lead. He steps into his masculine, you stay in your feminine, and the thing moves forward without you ever having to push it.

This Works On Dating Apps Too

Use online dating exactly the same way, and it is very powerful there.

Comment on his profile with the emotion it created in you. He shared a photo, he wrote something, he mentioned a place he loves. What did it make you feel? Say that.

Same shape as before. “May I share something with you?” Then: “when you shared this it made me feel so happy.” Then let him take the lead.

You are simply being open and receptive, and giving him somewhere to step.
